    Micro-fenestration for knee joints

In the early stages of degenerative arthritis and damaged ligaments, adequate surgical procedures enable ligaments to regenerate and for us to implant auto-logous chondrocytesthat protect them.

Micro-fenestration is the process of making several tunnels in bones under the ligaments in caseswhere the damaged zone is less than 1cm2in size and allowing the zone to recover by blood cell differentiation. Relatively young patients who have developed arthritis from ligament damage are subjected to this surgery.
